We are seeking a Telecaller and Female Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local language. Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on telecalling and counselling Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly demeanor Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software A compassionate and empathetic approach to clients, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work within ethical guidelines The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and conducting inbound client calls, providing counseling and support as needed. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and ensuring that all communication is professional, friendly, and helpful.
