Employee On boarding: Coordinating with the new joiners in the joining formalities like bank account opening and filling up the joining kit & Create ERP Issuing of Various Kind of Letters e.g. Appointment Letters, Warning Letter, Termination Letters, Confirmation Letters, Relieving Letters and other Kind of Letters of required. Coordinate with L & D executive for conducting the HR induction Programme for the new employees. Maintaining the files of employees and marinating employee database. Coordination with Admin Department for their Identity Card and other resources. Fully Responsible for Master Data. Prepare Attendance Register for PF ESIC. Other Skills & Requirements : Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration. At least 2-4 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws. Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills. Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellence communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communication effectively with all levels of staff. Strong analytical and problems solving skills. Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills
