We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Recruiters to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, particularly in field recruitment, and possess strong communication skills to engage with potential candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bulk Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring projects.
• Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job portals, social media, and networking to source candidates.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment metrics and processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in bulk hiring or field recruitment.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: Basic English and Hindi.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within Jaipur for field visits.
