We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of an Interior Designer. The interior designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met. You will also be expected to comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes. Roles & Responsibilities: Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project Utilize computer applications in the design process. Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software B Arch / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design Language: Must have good command on English and Hindi Language Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. Experience: 1-3 years (Relevant) Location: Jaipur NP: Can Join Immediately Portfolio of design work Project management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Experience in healthcare, senior facilities, retail, hotel, multi-family, hospitality, hi-rise, and mixed use preferred Experience with FF&E procurement and specification Experience managing a department of 4 or more design staff including budget estimates and project schedules Experience in Business Development and Sales
