Role Purpose - We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer with strong expertise in Kundan, Polki, Jadau, and Open Setting jewellery. The candidate will be responsible for creating production-ready CAD models that align with traditional craftsmanship while ensuring manufacturability, stone accuracy, and structural integrity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate accurate CAD models for Kundan, Polki, Jadau, and Open Setting jewellery.
• Develop CADs for rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, chokers, and bridal sets.
• Understand stone placement, setting requirements, and production feasibility.
• Coordinate with Manual Designers, Production, QC, and Merchandising teams.
• Modify and revise CAD files based on management and customer feedback.
• Prepare production-ready STL files and technical outputs.
• Ensure proper weight control and metal optimization.
• Maintain CAD libraries, components, motifs, locks, findings, and design databases.
• Support new collection development and customized orders.
• Follow company CAD standards, file management systems, and version control processes.
• Required SkillsStrong expertise in Rhino, MatrixGold, or equivalent jewellery CAD software.

• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of stone setting, assembly, and casting requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing.
• ExperienceMinimum 3–8 years of jewellery CAD experience.
• Proven experience in Kundan, Polki, Jadau, and Open Setting jewellery is mandatory.
• Preferred CandidateExperience working with high-end bridal jewellery.
• Strong portfolio of Kundan and Polki CAD designs.
• Ability to handle customized and export-oriented jewellery projects.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
