Required Office Admin (Female): No. of Positions: 2 Job description: • Maintaining office records of documents, Invoices, Shipments records and Tracking. • Data entry work related to Export – Import and Logistics. • Product Listings, Promotion, management, Office record management, managing daily reports, Payment follow ups and updation, shipment booking and managing expenses. • Ready for field work on requirement to anywhere in Jaipur. • Maintaining office decorum with positive attitude. Required Candidate profile: • Minimum Education: Graduate. • Ecommerce work experience preferred. • Experience of Product listings on Ecommerce Platforms like: eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart Facebook, Instagram will be an added advantage. • Well verse with MS Word / Excel / Email Drafting is compulsory. • Basic understanding of Import – Export knowledge required.
