Key Responsibilities:

Lead Calling & Engagement:

• Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily.
• Ensure a minimum of 45 minutes of talk time per day to effectively engage with prospective parents.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.

Admission Counselling:

• Handle parent walk-ins and scheduled visits at the school.
• Counsel parents on the school’s academic approach, curriculum, infrastructure, and overall offerings.
• Proactively address queries and guide them through the admission process to maximize conversions.

Feedback & Relationship Management:

• Conduct regular feedback calls with current parents to gauge satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve any gaps between parent expectations and actual outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between parents and school departments to ensure high-quality service and support.
