Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning:

1. Plan and implement engaging lesson plans, aligning with curriculum standards.

Classroom Management:

1. Create a safe, inclusive, and well-organized learning environment.

2. Establish routines, transitions, and behavioral expectations.

3. Supervise and support students during activities, meals, and outdoor play.

Student Assessment and Progress:

1. Monitor student progress, identifying areas for support/enrichment.

2. Maintain accurate records of student development and achievements.

3. Communicate with parents through regular reports and meetings.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

1. Work with colleagues to plan and implement school events.

2. Participate in training, workshops, and staff meetings.

3. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

2. 1+ years of experience teaching pre-primary students.

3. Teaching certification (e.g., Montessori, Playway, ECCE).

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5. Patience, empathy, and ability to work with young children.
