Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated real estate sales executive who can handle both field and office responsibilities. The role involves meeting clients, conducting property visits, generating leads, and managing documentation and follow-ups from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, social media, networking, and references.

Meet potential buyers/sellers to understand their requirements.

Conduct property site visits and explain project details.

Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing team for property promotions and campaigns.

Maintain customer data, prepare quotations, and handle documentation.

Update management with daily and weekly sales reports.

Assist walk-in clients at the office and handle inquiries professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).

1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Should be confident for fieldwork and client meetings.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
