Job Description

This is role is basically of a Key Account Executive who manage a particular accounts. Basic responsibility of this role is as below. 1) To manage the business of assigned accounts (hotels) from Online and Offline Business channels. 2)To manage the online reputation of assigned accounts (hotels) with help of front office team of respective accounts. 3) To maintain the PR with existing business partners of account over the call and whatsapp and to add new business providers for the account. Candidates must have below skills as these are basic and mandatory for this job profile. 1) Must have knowledge of basic mathematics like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentage calculation. 2) Must be comfortable for using the computer and smart phones. 3) Must have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. 4) Must have good communications skills in Hindi and English both.
