Robotics Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Robotics Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in robotics, coding, and engineering, coupled with excellent communication skills and a drive to support business development. This role combines the responsibilities of delivering engaging robotics training, developing curriculum, and managing client relations, including arranging demos and coordinating with internal teams. The position also involves frequent travel across the country and occasionally internationally, as well as representing the company at various events.

Key Responsibilities:

Robotics Training & Instruction:

Design and deliver a comprehensive robotics curriculum tailored for students of varying ages and skill levels.

Teach robotics concepts, programming languages (Python, C/C++, Scratch, etc.), and engineering principles through hands-on activities, projects, and competitions.

Guide students through the process of designing, building, and programming robots, using platforms such as LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, and TinkerCAD.

Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.

Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics technology and education, integrating new ideas and tools into the curriculum.

Business Development & Client Relations:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and relationship-building with potential clients.

Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the company's robotics solutions and services.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new business leads and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of training sessions, demos, and client engagements.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Travel & Coordination:

Travel frequently across the country (and potentially internationally) to conduct on-site training, demos, and client meetings.

Organize and coordinate logistics for training programs, demos, and client interactions, ensuring seamless execution.

Support the company’s marketing and branding efforts through in-person events and client engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in teaching or training in robotics or related subjects is preferred.

5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relations.

Proven ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients, with excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in robotics programming languages (Python, C/C++, Scratch, etc.).

Familiarity with popular robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, TinkerCAD, etc.).

Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, clients, and colleagues.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
