We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team for our housing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and oversee all site activities, ensuring work is executed as per project timelines and quality standards.
2. Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings accurately.
3. Collaborate with the Site Engineer to ensure smooth progress and resolve site challenges effectively.
4. Utilize 2D AutoCAD software for reviewing designs and assisting in necessary modifications.
5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards on-site.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the housing construction industry.
2. Proficiency in reading and executing construction drawings.
3. Hands-on experience and understanding of 2D AutoCAD software.
4. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and supervise site activities effectively.
