Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of aluminium windows, glazing systems, metal facades, louvers, railings, and related architectural products at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring quality installation, and delivering projects on time and within safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and installation work.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
  • Manage site labour and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site measurements and quality checks.
  • Monitor material usage and site safety.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.
