Job Summary

Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and execute day-to-day social media activities. The role involves content posting, audience engagement, and coordination with internal teams while ensuring adherence to brand and insurance industry compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media activities across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Create, schedule, and publish posts as per the approved content calendar.
• Assist in developing simple, engaging, and informative insurance-related content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries under supervision.
• Monitor engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and reach.
• Support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and content approvals.
• Ensure all social media content complies with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain content documentation and assist in preparing basic performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work with deadlines and follow content calendars.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or internship in social media or digital marketing.
• Exposure to insurance, BFSI, or financial services content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

Experience Requirement
