Software Testing & Delivery Associate

Responsible for software testing, documentation, customer coordination, and project tracking to ensure successful delivery of Tally-based solutions and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities·        Perform manual testing of software applications and enhancements.

·        Create and execute test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes.

·        Conduct regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).

·        Prepare requirement documents, user manuals, SOPs, and release notes.

·        Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, feedback, and issue details.

·        Track project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.

·        Coordinate between customers, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

·        Monitor project timelines, pending tasks, and deliverables.

·        Assist in software demonstrations, implementation, and customer training when required.

·        Ensure smooth communication and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills·        Knowledge of Manual Software Testing concepts and methodologies.

·        Understanding of TallyPrime/Tally ERP and business processes.

·        Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills.

·        Basic project coordination and task-tracking abilities.

·        Good communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project-tracking tools.

Qualification·        

Graduate in IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Software Testing or Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

·        1–3 years in software testing, documentation, project coordination, or customer support.

·        Experience with Tally-based applications preferred.
