Solar Site Officer/ Executive

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Solar Projects Jaipur Base location

Location: PAN India (As per Project Requirement)

Job Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Monitor daily site operations and ensure activities are completed as per the planned schedule.
2. Manage manpower attendance, discipline, task allocation, and productivity.
3. Supervise installation activities including structure erection, module mounting, wiring, earthing, inverter installation, and AC/DC terminations.
4. Ensure installation quality through checks on alignment, torque values, cable dressing, and structural stability.
5. Enforce strict safety compliance, including PPE usage, barricading, safe work practices, and hazard prevention.
6. Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and site issues.
7. Prepare and submit daily progress reports with photographs and observations.
8. Coordinate with the project team for technical guidance, drawings, approvals, and issue resolution.
9. Coordinate with the warehouse team for material dispatch, shortages, replacements, and returns.
10. Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials, modules, inverters, and cables.
11. Verify all installations are executed as per approved drawings and company standards.
12. Identify and escalate technical, operational, or quality-related issues.
13. Ensure subcontractors comply with safety, quality, and project requirements.
14. Maintain professional communication with clients and address site-related queries.
15. Conduct routine inspections for earthing continuity, tightening, module alignment, and cable routing.
16. Ensure site readiness for inspections, audits, and project reviews.
17. Maintain records of tools and equipment and ensure their safe return and proper condition.
18. Ensure uninterrupted site utilities and access arrangements for smooth project execution.
19. Monitor project timelines and escalate delays to the Project Head.
20. Train and guide junior site staff and helpers to improve productivity and work quality.
21. Obtain work completion approvals from internal teams and clients before billing/payment processes.
22. Report any site damage, theft, or material loss immediately.
23. Personally verify work quality and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• Experience in Solar EPC/Solar Installation Projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate anywhere in India as per company project requirements.
