Activity required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non-recurring problems in Hosting Environment Responsibilities Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner Handling Technical support tickets from web hosting customers Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services Successfully completes other duties and projects as assigned. Installation & configuration of web hosting control panels like WebsitePanel, Plesk, CPanel, CWP, Webuzo etc Configure and manage a sophisticated DNS environment To communicate & provide technical support to customers through phone, chat, & tickets system Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly Make recommendations for upgrades Evaluate and modify system performance Qualifications Computer Knowledge, Good Communication, Preferably B.Tech Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM/Plesk) Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim Managing server Backup/Restore Confident and passionate minimum 1-year experience as System Administrator required Strong analytical skills
