DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Should have Strong Testing Concept and experience in Manual Testing. • Should have experience in creating Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Strategies & Defect management. • Familiar with Database SQL Testing. • Good exposure to STLC and SDLC. • Experience on automation tools like QTP, Load Runner will be added advantage. • Experience on Travel domain will be added advantage. Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills. • Experience with gathering requirement from client and implementation. • Provides authoritative advice and guidance to colleagues on any aspect of Testing, including training for testers, clients and other developers where appropriate. • Takes responsibility for all phases of testing and the management of the Testing activities within a development project. • Estimate & plan the capacity resources needed to achieve project goals. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
