Telecaller & Back Office Executive role: Handle tele-calling, customer support & post-sales follow-ups. Manage data entry and basic office tasks. Must have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Freshers can apply.

Required Candidate profile

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Basic computer knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote company services.
• Assist users with app-related queries and provide excellent customer support.
• Follow up with customers regarding registrations, bookings, subscriptions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with sports partners and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update data in company systems.
• Perform data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the sales and operations team in day-to-day activities.
