Telecaller

Hi Folks,

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven candidates to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties.
• Identify and qualify leads; maintain a database of prospects.
• Schedule/ meet and confirm site visits for interested clients.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call logs in CRM tool also report updates to the sales manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead conversion.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Graduate preferred.

Experience: 2-6 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English must be good .
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Persuasive, confident, and client-focused attitude.

Working Hours:

Full time - [9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 days a week] - 20-50K plus incentive

Part time - 6 Hrs a day, 6 days a week - 10 K plus incentive
