Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for EMI payment reminders.
• Explain payment details, due dates, and late fee policies.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and provide assistance in making payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Address customer queries regarding payment modes and processes.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
