Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1-2 yrs

Salary Range- CTC 18K-20K pm.

Location: Jaipur

Responsibilities

1- Identify customers with outstanding debts

2- Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment

3- Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries

4- Create and implement debt collection courses of action

5- Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors

6- Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts
