Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, understanding customer requirements, handling queries, and converting leads into customers.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to achieve sales targets

Prior telesales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls

Generate and follow up on leads

Maintain customer records
