Used Car Loan Team Leader (DSA Experience Only)

We are hiring Sales Team Leader who can manage the telesales team and handle loan file documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and guide telesales team generating leads through calling.

• Contact customers and complete documentation for Used Car Loan files.

• Collect & verify basic documents and prepare files for login.

• Maintain strong follow-ups until file closure.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily targets.

• Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly goals.

• Ensure good customer interaction and conversion quality.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: DSA experience in Auto/ Used Car Loans/ Personal Loan/ Home Loan/ Business Loan/ Loan Against Property

• Strong follow-up and customer communication skills

• Telesales or sales team handling experience

• Ability to manage targets and improve team performance

• Immediate joiners preferred
