Job Description
-Must have good experience in managing End-to-End Centre operations including Leads, Enrollments, Collection, and training. -Manages end-to-end operations of the institute includes admissions, staffing, facilities, and coordination with vendors. -Implementing and executing marketing strategies to drive volumes, and achieve high profitability. -Prepare the schedule of the classes and ensure their delivery. -Train and supervise the staff present at the institute. - -Would be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors. -Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. -Have clerical skills as well as people skills; for managing files, records, and other word processing-related tasks. -Handling the sales and collections of an institute. -Taking care of certification of the students. -People reporting to the Centre Manager are Sales, Admin, Trainers, Accounts, Security, and housekeeping. -Should be responsible for Generating leads, Admission, Service, and the overall administration of the Institute. -Report regularly to the Directors on business plan execution, revenue/financials, and operational/administrative issues.
