Visa Counsellor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist clients with their visa and immigration requirements. The candidate will provide counseling and guidance to prospective clients both over the phone and in person, helping them understand visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures for various countries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Counseling & ConsultationCounsel clients regarding visa options, immigration pathways, study visas, tourist visas, work permits, and other travel-related services.
• Conduct consultations through phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa programs based on their eligibility and objectives.
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, costs, and application procedures clearly.
• Sales & Business DevelopmentConvert inquiries into enrollments or service registrations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Documentation & Application SupportGuide clients in preparing and organizing required documents.
• Verify application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
• Keep clients informed about application status and updates.
• Customer ServiceAddress client concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the client journey.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record ManagementMaintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and application progress in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and counseling activities.
