Job Description
- 1. Customer Engagement & SalesGreet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance/EMI options clearly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in comparing different models or variants.
- Drive sales conversions by guiding customers through the complete purchase process.
- 2. Product Knowledge & PresentationMaintain strong knowledge of all products, new launches, offers, and pricing updates.
- Ensure showroom display units, demo products, and brochures are always well-presented and updated.
- Highlight USP, value, and benefits of each model to influence buying decisions.
- 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential buyers via calls/WhatsApp for test drives, quotations, and purchase decisions.
- Provide post-sales support by coordinating with service/finance/registration departments.
- 4. Documentation & CoordinationPrepare quotations, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
- Coordinate with finance institutions for loan processing and approval.
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery, including documentation, accessories, and customer briefing.
- 5. Showroom OperationsEnsure cleanliness, discipline, and professional atmosphere in the showroom.
- Maintain stock registers, enquiry logs, and daily footfall records.
- Update daily/weekly sales reports and share with the management team.
- 6. Target Achievement & PerformanceWork towards monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Promote special offers, seasonal discounts, and company campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and sales-oriented approach.
- 7. Professional ConductMaintain grooming standards and represent the company professionally.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns politely.
- Ensure compliance with all showroom policies and company guidelines.
