Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services clearly.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy pipeline for the sales team.
  • Follow calling scripts and pitching guidelines to ensure consistent communication.

2. Customer Handling & Query Resolution

  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and objections with professionalism and patience.
  • Route complex queries to the appropriate internal team for resolution.

3. Follow-up & Conversion

  • Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
  • Track warm leads and convert inquiries into appointments, visits, or closures (as applicable).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in Excel, CRM, or internal systems.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share with the manager.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team for scheduling meetings or site visits.
  • Work closely with the marketing or recruitment teams to understand ongoing campaigns and requirements.
  • Share market pulse, customer feedback, and insights with the team for strategy improvement.

6. Professional Conduct

  • Ensure polite and professional communication at all times.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
