Job Summary:

Bigwigo Production and Media Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to promote our range of digital marketing and media production services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Bigwigo's services.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize and improve results.
• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their marketing and production requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Brand Promotion:

• Enhance Bigwigo's brand visibility and reputation through strategic marketing efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the digital marketing or media production industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
