Collection/Recovery Manager

Conduct daily field visits to meet customers with overdue loan accounts.

Follow up with clients for loan repayments and overdue installments.

Educate and counsel borrowers on the importance of timely repayment.

Negotiate repayment plans or settlements as per company policy.

Maintain detailed records of recovery visits, discussions, and commitments.

Coordinate with the branch team to update recovery status and MIS reports.

Identify skip cases, trace absconding borrowers, and report critical accounts.

Handle secured loans recoveries like HL and LAP.

Support legal or field escalation for chronic defaulters where necessary.

Ensure all recovery activities are conducted ethically, respectfully, and within RBI and company code of conduct.
