🔍 Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Representative to join our team at the Kanpur HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals to increase product awareness, prescriptions, and overall sales.

• 📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, and chemist shops within the assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and establish strong relationships.
• Organize CMEs, product presentations, and field activities to boost product visibility.
• Ensure availability of products at local retailers and distributors.
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, prescriptions generated, and sales achieved.
• Gather competitor information and report to the manager.
• Update product knowledge and attend regular training sessions.
• Coordinate with the HO team for promotional material, samples, and stock updates.
• ✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence to interact with doctors and medical professionals.
• Willingness to travel locally within Kanpur and nearby areas.
• Basic understanding of pharma marketing and fieldwork reporting.
