Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice & Chat (Blended Process)
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls and chat support, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist international customers with queries, issues, and service requests.
- Provide real-time support via live chat for product information, troubleshooting, and service updates.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while resolving customer concerns.
- Achieve performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department as per process guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask in a blended environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
Qualifications:
- HSC / Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in international voice or chat process preferred (freshers can apply).
Work Requirements:
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
- Willing to work in a hybrid/on-site model as per business requirement.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced customer support environment.
