Job Description

The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will work closely with the Institutional Partnerships team in India to develop new Government partnerships, foster and grow existing relationships, achieve, and grow geographies through successful tender and contract management, manage end-to-end documentation process for tender and other contract applications, and oversee seamless execution for each contract. Execution of the overall sales process such as understanding the client needs, preparation of financial quotations against the customer inquiries, payment retrieval, client feedback, client service and resolution of the client grievances. Review and analyze Tender/bid proposals from National as well as International Clients (Govt/Private) Prepare and implement operational strategies under the supervision of seniors. Specially skilled in managing Government projects / Tenders and respond effectively to RFI/ RFP/ EOI/ Tenders, handle Government and Corporate accounts. A proven record of accomplishment in exceeding the goals and delivering the concrete results. Desired Candidate Profile Seasoned, result driven manager in corporate sales management and business development. MBA (Marketing), B. Tech Knowledge of Software products will be an add on. Must have prior experience in dealing with Government Officials. Must have good communication and negotiation skills. • Execution of the overall sales process such as understanding the customer needs, preparation of financial quotations against the customer inquiries, aligning the production related activities, logistics management, payment retrieval, customer feedback, customer service and resolution of the customer grievances. • Review and analyze Tender/bid proposals from National as well as International Clients (Govt/Private) • Prepare and implement operational strategies under the supervision of seniors. • Specially skilled in managing Government projects / Tenders and respond effectively to RFI/ RFP/ EOI/ Tenders, handle Government and Corporate accounts. • A proven record of accomplishment in exceeding the goals and delivering the concrete results.
