· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services or solutions.

· Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional support.

· Collaborate closely with team leads and managers.

· Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.

· Basic computer knowledge with the ability to adapt to CRM and sales tools.

· Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zones.

· Previous experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
