Responsibilities: • To manage the day-to-day operations with a team and meet the required service levels, quality, and productivity. • Meeting monthly targets by penetrating the market, leading a Team of Sales Executives for designated area. He/she will be responsible for organizing marketing plans so as to attain sales target stipulated by the organization. • Work in teams and scale up the existing business of our company. Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work to achieve maximum results. • Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly. • Monitoring, coaching, and feedback, the responsibility to ensure Top-notch experience in sales service. • Act as an interface between the team and the management and all Support functions so that the team operates smoothly at the highest efficiency and within the prescribed norms. • Achieve Sales Targets as per company norms - daily | weekly | monthly individually and through the reporting team • Accomplishes human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. • Prepares performance reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts • Conduct weekly training of team on products, selling skills etc. Requirements: • Should possess smartness and should independently handle a team. • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness. • Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Strong leadership abilities, Decision-making skills. Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization. • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
