Job Title: Sales Manager – DST Channel

Locations: Near By Various locations given across South India


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales Team (DST) across South India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new KYC business, recruiting and training Sales Executives, and achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned cluster to conduct meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Drive new Know Your Customer (KYC) business initiatives to expand the company's client base.​
  • Team Recruitment and Training: Recruit Sales Executives for each branch and provide comprehensive on-field training to enhance their sales skills, communication, and productivity.​
  • Target Allocation and Monitoring: Assign sales targets to the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of objectives as set by management. Attractive incentives, rewards, and awards will be provided based on performance.​
  • Regional Travel: Travel across the designated cluster to conduct meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Eligible travel and daily allowances (TA & DA) will be provided.​
  • Market Analysis: Identify key result areas by conducting thorough market analysis to determine effective activities, locations, and timelines.​
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular staff reviews to enhance lead quality and quantity, thereby boosting overall business performance.​

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Regular).​
  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in direct sales.​Joblum
  • Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with the local territory and market dynamics.​
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the local language is essential.​
  • People Management: Strong skills in managing and leading teams effectively.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.​
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions, with strong negotiation skills.​

Gender: Male candidates preferred.​
