Job Description

We are a highly trusted and rapidly growing real estate company specializing in NA plots, luxury villas, premium bungalows, and modern apartments. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth



Key Responsibilities




1. Client Acquisition & Lead Management



  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, online campaigns, and referrals.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers regarding NA plots, villas, bungalows, and apartment projects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.




2. Sales & Presentation



  • Conduct site visits and property tours for clients, clearly explaining project features, pricing, legal details, and payment plans.
  • Present and promote company properties to customers in a professional and convincing manner.
  • Guide clients on investment suitability based on their budget, preferences, and goals.




3. Negotiation & Closing Deals



  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment schedules within the approved company guidelines.
  • Follow up with clients regularly and assist in decision-making.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.




4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis



  • Stay updated on market trends, competing projects, real-estate pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Share insights to improve marketing strategies and customer approach.




5. Documentation & Coordination



  • Assist buyers with booking forms, agreements, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with the legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during and after the sales process.






Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Basic understanding of real-estate sales process
