Data Entry / MIS

Job Summary: We are a garment manufacturing company moving to a new digital system (Zoho ERP). We are looking for a team to handle data entry with high accuracy. This is not a simple typing job; you must understand the data you are entering (Fabrics, Orders, Stock) to ensure the system remains clean and error-free.

We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates. If you have experience in data management, you can be promoted to Data Team Lead.

Location: Kumbalgodu, Kengeri, India. Work Type: Full-time, On-site (Daily travel required). Language: Kannada (Mandatory) & Basic English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Data Entry: Update orders, inventory (fabric/buttons), and purchase details into the ERP system.
• Error Checking: Verify data from physical papers/slips before entering. If something looks wrong, ask—don’t just type.
• Digitizing Records: Convert old physical records into clean digital formats.
• Coordination: Speak with the warehouse and merchant teams to fix missing or wrong information.

Requirements:

• Must speak Kannada (to communicate with local staff/drivers).
• Computer Literacy: Good speed in typing and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to Detail: You must care about spelling, numbers, and units (e.g., Meters vs. Kgs).
• Discipline: Punctual and able to work from the office daily.

Ideally Looking For (Bonus):

• Experience in a factory, warehouse, or retail backend.
• Familiarity with Zoho or any ERP software.
• Lead Potential: If you have experience managing data or teams, state it in your application. We are looking for a Data Owner to supervise this process.
