Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and patients inside the pharmacy in a professional and friendly manner.
• Distribute informative flyers and materials related to available dermatological services (Skin, Hair, Nail).
• Briefly explain the benefits and availability of these services, and encourage interested individuals to book a consultation or visit the clinic.
• Record basic details of interested customers for follow-up by the clinical team (lead generation).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare services, promotions, available offers to accurately inform customers.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy and clinic teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and inquiries.
• Maintain daily reports of interactions, leads generated, and feedback collected.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Basic understanding of skin, hair, and nail health (training will be provided).
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or dermatology is a plus.
• Ability to explain services clearly and answer basic customer queries.
• Organized and self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
