We, Town Contacts Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have minimum two years of experience in executing sales strategies and managing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, leveraging existing relationships and creating new opportunities. This person will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all assigned sales targets, while increasing the company's market share and customer base. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy • Identify and develop new customer relationships • Cultivate, maintain and enhance existing customer relationships • Develop and present proposals and contracts to potential customers • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s products and services • Monitor and report on progress to senior management • Work with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: • Any Degree • Minimum two years of experience in sales and business development • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills . Proficiency in English Malayalam and multiple languages is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools • Ability to travel as needed .Must have own two wheeler and laptop.
