Job Description

  • Initiate contact with customers (via phone or in-person visits) for direct verification of key survey parameters and connection details.
  • Address and resolve customer queries or concerns related to the ongoing field survey process in a professional manner.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Field Survey Team Lead regarding customer complaints or difficulties encountered during the verification process.
  •  Conduct random and targeted field visits to customer premises to verify the physical existence and accuracy of data (e.g., meter numbers, connection status, property type) collected by field surveyors.
  • Thoroughly check collected survey forms (digital/physical) against QC checklists for completeness, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
  • Identify and log errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in the collected data and coordinate with field teams for immediate correction and re-survey.
