Ex-Service personnel (JCO/JWO Level) – Any forces 5-8 years’ industrial experience Proficiency in local language (Malayalam) Age – Maximum 45 Years JD- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes o Supervise daily support operations and plan the most efficient administrative procedures o Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures o Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses o Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards o Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs o Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events o Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms o Review reports on incidents and breaches o Investigate and resolve issues o Create reports for management on security status o Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology) o Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives. o Assist in emergency management and contingency planning o Ensure compliance of OHSAS , EMS , IATF & EnMS conditions in operational matters and monitor and regulate the same in collaboration with safety officer. o Smooth operations of Industrial canteen o Ensure proper house keeping and shop floor cleanliness o Management of contract labor and ensure sufficient supply of skilled & unskilled contract labor to meet production targets o SPOC for taxi/hotel bookings & arrangements as well as vendor management
