Qualification: Any Science Graduate / DMLT/ MLT/ Pharmacy.  Will be activating patients on Insulin and train them on the process of insulin initiation  Provides education to clients and family members regarding self-care, maintaining optimal health, and preventing complications  Will be responsible for Patient home visits and would be sitting at Doctor clinic for OPD  Reporting to Project Manager, on daily reports  No. of visit per Day: - either of the below o Attending 1 OPD/per day and/or 4-5 patient home visits &/or 2-3 Doctor visit
