Job Description
Looking for a Senior person having ample experience in handling a team. Preference will be given to candidates with educational institution experience. You will be responsible for day to day operations of Branch including the Admission / Admission Promotions , Supervision of Marketing & Counselling. You will be responsible for planning the admission / Marketing , Campaigns / Strategies for your branch in coordination with Higher ups in order to achieve Admission target required by the company. You will be Supporting, motivating / Training team members to achieve individual and team target for admission at your Branch You will be supervising the daily work of Marketing Executive & Front office to ensure focused work plan to achieve the monthly target. You will be Building up good relationship with students and their Parents. Handling all walk & potential students who are filtered by marketing and front office by proper counselling. Call and maintain a database of present and prospective student basein your branch in coordination with your marketing team. Contact and follow-up with schools / other sources for data sourcing Taking detailed and periodical feedback of new and existing students, in coordination with front office You will be required to maintain utmost secrecy in respect of Company documents, University information, commercial offer, design documents, Course cost & Estimation, Technology, Software packages license, Company’s polices, Company’s patterns & Trade Mark and Company’s Human assets profile.
