Job Title:#Saudi - Arabic Asst Cook 🇸🇦 This is an Onsite Job in Saudi Arabia. Must have a Valid Passport. Must know English & Arabic. The HR will Inform you about any Service / Processing Fee. The Direct interview will be held on 18th & 19th November in Kochi, Kalamassery, Kerala. Responsibilities - Menu Planning: Collaborate with the chef or kitchen manager to plan and create menus based on the preferences of the clientele, cultural considerations, and available ingredients. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that they meet quality and presentation standards. This includes cutting, marinating, seasoning, and cooking ingredients according to recipes. Adherence to Islamic Dietary Laws: Ensure compliance with Islamic dietary laws (Halal) in the preparation and handling of food products, including sourcing Halal-certified ingredients. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by following strict hygiene and safety standards. Adhere to food handling and storage guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure food safety. Timely Service: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Manage cooking times to meet customer expectations and maintain the flow of the kitchen. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Communicate with the kitchen manager or supervisor regarding restocking needs. Collaboration with Kitchen Team: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate effectively to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.
