The Direct interview will be held on 18th & 19th of November 2023 at Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala, India. Responsibilities - Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and hosts/hostesses. Assign tasks, set work schedules, and provide training to maintain high service standards. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Monitor and maintain service quality and guest satisfaction. Quality Control: Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure that it meets quality and safety standards. Monitor kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Inventory Management: Manage restaurant inventory, including ordering supplies and ingredients, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing wastage. Maintain accurate records of inventory and expenses. Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control to ensure that the restaurant operates within financial targets. Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability, and make adjustments as needed. Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve their performance. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among employees. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health and safety standards, food safety guidelines, and labor laws. Maintain all necessary permits and licenses for the restaurant's operation.
