Responsibilities - Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for catering events or projects in Saudi Arabia. Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs, preferences, and expectations. Ensure that the catering services meet or exceed client requirements. Menu Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus, select ingredients, and ensure timely food preparation and delivery for catering events. Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering projects, including transportation, set-up, service, and breakdown. Ensure that all equipment, supplies, and staff are in place for a successful event. Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel, ensuring that they are well-trained and capable of delivering high-quality service. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints while maintaining service quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all catering services meet the highest standards of quality, including food safety, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
