Efficiency in Production: Work efficiently to meet the demands of the restaurant or catering service, especially during peak hours. Prioritize tasks to optimize salad preparation and maintain a smooth kitchen workflow. Presentation: Pay attention to the visual appeal of salads, arranging ingredients in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Follow presentation standards to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, chefs, and servers to coordinate salad orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
