Job Title: #Saudi - Steward Supervisor 🇸🇦 This is an Onsite Job in Saudi Arabia. Must have a Valid Passport. Must know English & Arabic. The HR will Inform you about any Service / Processing Fee. The Direct interview will be held on 18th & 19th of November 2023 at Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala, India. Responsibilities - Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of stewards and dishwashers, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to established standards. Dishwashing Operations: Oversee the dishwashing area to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory related to dishwashing supplies, cleaning chemicals, and equipment. Order and restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations. Compliance with Hygiene Standards: Ensure that the dishwashing area and equipment meet Saudi Arabia's food safety and hygiene regulations. Train and enforce proper hygiene and sanitation practices among staff. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair of dishwashing machines and equipment as necessary to prevent downtime and maintain the operational efficiency of the kitchen. Waste Management: Oversee the proper disposal of kitchen waste, including food scraps and non-recyclable materials, in compliance with local waste disposal regulations and sustainability initiatives. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to stewards and dishwashers, including safety protocols, efficient work techniques, and customer service skills. Encourage professional growth and teamwork among the staff.
