Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Sales & Business Development: o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned range of automotive lubricants (engine oils, gear oils, coolants, etc.). o Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, mechanics, and garages in the Goa territory. o Execute sales strategies to increase the penetration of Raka Oil Company products within the market. • Customer Relationship Management: o Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and channel partners. o Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. o Handle client inquiries, product complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner. • Market Analysis & Reporting: o Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies. o Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and territory analyses to the Sales Manager. o Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policy. • Product Promotion & Training: o Plan and execute on-the-ground promotional activities (mechanic meets, product demos, point-of-sale displays). o Train dealer/retailer staff and mechanics on the features, benefits, and applications of Raka Oil Company products. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience, ideally within the Automotive (lubricants, parts, tires) or FMCG sector. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English and Konkani/Marathi is a strong advantage). • Attitude: Highly motivated, results-driven, persistent, and customer-focused. • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for efficient travel within the Goa territory. • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics
